Outreach Services

Participation House's ABI Outreach Services are provided to maintain or improve independent living skills. Support is provided in the clients' homes or in their local community.  Programs address goals such as  improving physical health, social and emotional well-being, community integration and activities of daily living. Outreach workers design and implement programs with input from the client and their families. They collaborate with other professional service providers such as speech and language pathologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and dieticians.

Clients can apply for services to address long-term or short-term goals as the program is extremely flexible.  Services will be adapted to suit the requirements of the client.
