Supportive Housing |
|
PHWW offers supportive housing to adults with physical disabilities. Supportive housing clients live in their own apartments in the community and are responsible for rent and living expenses. Attendant care services are available 24/7 to assist clients with activities of daily living . The services of life skills facilitators are also offered on a scheduled basis.
